Enugu Polices Joins Head With EFCC To Fight Financial Crimes

The Enugu State Police command has promised to give their full support to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in the fight against financial and economic crimes in the state.

Which was made by the State Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Ammani on Friday in Enugu during a courtesy call by Johnson Oshodi, EFCC zonal commander.

He said, “We will continue to ensure a cordial working relationship between the command and the commission,” according to the command’s spokesman, Daniel Ndukwe, on Friday.

“The command will also give necessary assistance to the commission whenever the need arises.”

Also the EFCC zonal commander commended the commissioner saying;

“The EFCC will continue to tap into the wealth of experience of the commissioner and that of the police in general.

“We will maintain the existing cordial working relationship between the police and the commission,” he said.

Also the team of the police command that received the EFCC zonal commander includes; DCP Samuel Titus, DCP Chinedu Oko, DCP Olasoji Akinbayo, and ACP Hope Isiani Okereke.
