The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) admission screening method for the 2023–2024 session is online screening.
This implies that a candidate’s aggregate score will now be based on the JAMB UTME score and UNN screening score.

How to Calculate the UNN Screening Score
Here are the steps for calculating your screening score:
Calculation: Add your 4 preferred UTME subjects based on the score given above, then add 40 to it, and finally add it to your JAMB score and divide by 2. That’ll give you your average or aggregate score.
NOTE: The 40 points are for one sitting only.
Also, for your information, whenever you see a score stated as the cut-off mark for a course, you should know that they are referring to the aggregate score, which I have explained above.

There is hope because, as of this writing, the UNN departmental cutoff marks are not yet out, so do not panic yet. Besides, the departmental cutoff mark for Enugu State is not the same as that for Delta State. He scored high and you scored low; it might not matter if your state departmental cutoff mark is low. Talking about the merit admission list, it involves school cutoffs, catchment area cutoffs, and state area cutoffs.
