Lagos building collapses on prostitute and client during sex

There is new information on the building collapse in Lagos state’s Mushin neighborhood at 2/4 Oye Sonuga Street, Palm Avenue.

As previously reported, the structure fell on Friday, September 23, leaving four persons dead.

Two of the victims, a man and a female, were having sex when the building fell, according to several rescue personnel who talked with Daily Trust off-the-record.

According to one of the officers who asked to remain anonymous,

“In fact, they were naked when their bodies were recovered.”

It was claimed that the victims were prostitutes and their “customers.” Another officer claimed that when the building fell, the man was on top of the prostitute and both of them died.

He said;

“We were shocked by what we saw at the scene. The last two victims whose dead bodies were recovered were having sexual intercourse. The man was on top of the prostitute when the building collapsed. They both died.”

Another official also added;

“The place was used as a Club House/Motel and the female victims were prostitutes; the last female we recovered was with a man. They were having a nice time when we recovered them.”

As of the time of filing this report, the families of the victims are yet to be found.

“We have to reach out to their colleagues there who are all prostitutes to get information on the victims’ families,” the official stated.
