Rev. Fr. Mbaka To Commence Service At Adoration Ministry, After Been Banned.

The Enugu Diocese of the Catholic Church has revoked a ban placed on the Adoration Ministry of Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka.

The lifting of the ban on the ministry was disclosed on Thursday, September 29th, 2022 by Rev. Fr. Mbaka in a post on Facebook with a short written note addressed to his congregation:

“Dear Adorers, to the glory of God, Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria Amen, starts on Sunday 2nd October 2022 with 10am Mass at the Adoration ground Umuchigbo Iji Nike Emene Enugu State”.

“God bless you miraculously as you come to worship God with us.
“Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka.”

In June, this year, the Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Bishop Calistus Onaga, banned the Adoration Ministry of Rev. Ejike Mbaka, following Mbaka’s statement against the flag bearer of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi, whom the priest alleged to be “a stingy man” who would never be the President of Nigeria.

The allegation didn’t balance well with many Catholic faithfuls, who demanded sanctions on Mbaka and his ministry.
